Key Account Manager – Hybrid (Blainville, QC)

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team at Pixie Woo — a fast-expanding beauty brand proudly made in Quebec and distributed across North America.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key retail and distribution partners, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. You will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, negotiation, and account management to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen partnerships, and expand our market presence

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as their main point of contact.
• Identify opportunities for growth and new product placement within existing accounts.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and logistics teams to create tailored solutions aligned with company goals.
• Conduct detailed analysis of account performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Use Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance.
• Lead negotiations and secure contracts and agreements that drive long-term success.
• Provide guidance to internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Communicate proactively with clients about product updates, launches, and service changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of building lasting partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and retail sales strategy.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, with a passion for client success.
• Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset.
