Shipping & Delivery

We try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Occasionally, with an influx of orders, processing can take 3-6 business days. Processing time is not included in shipping estimates.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

You can cancel or modify your order up to 1h after. Please write at info@pixiewooshop.com. Sadly once your order is shipped, even before the hour we cannot cancel or apply any modifications.

Rest assured that we take care of your parcel even if it is out of our control. If you did not receive your order within 14 days, with no pre-orders item. You can send us an email at info@pixiewooshop.com. Once the parcel is located, or confirmed missing we will happly send a replacement parcel at no cost. If a item in the order is out of stock, you will receive a gift card for the amount paid or you can choose another item at the same price.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 6 months of noticing any defects.

You Spring broke ? We got you covered. Simply write to us at info@pixiewooshop.com and we Will provide a new Spring at no cost. Replacement are only available for bio-acetate claw clips.

All our hair care is made locally in Quebec, Canada by Female founded Lab. All our Pixie Woo accessoires are Designed in Montreal but are produced in regulated Chinese facilities.

Cellulose Acetate requires special care to maintain its quality. Due to the handcrafted nature of each clip, you may notice slight variations in color and tooth alignment. To help extend the life of your clip, please follow these care guidelines:
- Heat: Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, as it can cause the prongs to stretch and weaken the grip.
- Water: While Cellulose Acetate itself is waterproof, the metal spring inside the clip can rust if left in a damp environment for too long. Try not to leave the spring wet for more than 30 minutes at a time.
- Stretch: If the prongs become loose due to heat, you can reset the shape by soaking the clip in warm water for 5–10 minutes. Afterward, allow it to cool for 30 minutes before using it again.
