2 weeks ago, I bought 8 different hair claws. I really like all of them, but one hair claw was broken after 2 weeks. The speing mecanism has a problem. I went to the store where I bought it in the first place and the lady was kind enough to replace it. I still think that this is a wonderfull product and a great business.
