Return and Cancellation Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are free, and we cover the shipping costs.

In-Store Credit Only

All returns are processed as store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pixiewooshop.com. If your return is accepted, you can proceed to mail it. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can also visit one of our stores to make an exchange with proof of purchase.

Final Sale Items

Due to sanitary reasons, all haircare products are final sale. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order Cancellation

Customers have up to 1 hour from the time of placing an order to cancel it.


1-hour window, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method.


After that the order will be processed and shipped as originally requested. At this point, the order cannot be canceled and must be returned following our return policy.

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. If we make changes, we will post an updated version on our website.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us, and we will assist you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Please note that it may take some time for your store credit to be processed.
